About Neston Cricket
The cricket section of the Neston Club is one of the best known and longest established in the Northwest, with a history dating back to 1881.
We are very progressive and forward thinking, with four senior teams at all league levels on Saturdays, midweek over 40s and ladies’ softball teams. Our junior set-up is particularly vibrant with over 300 children participating from aged 3 to u17 in numerous interclub and competitive league fixtures
But most importantly whatever your ability you are always welcome here at Neston Cricket providing opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
We have two excellent on-site pitches with a fantastic view from the balcony of the clubhouse, looking towards the Welsh hills with Parkgate in the foreground. It is possibly one of the best settings for cricket in the Northwest. During a season typically we host several representative games including Cheshire Youth & Disabled teams, the ECB Disability Premier League and ECB U13 & u15 National Girls semi-finals.
