Michael Wright

Michael joined the club as a child, as his father had done before him, and played for various teams into his 20's when he focused on family and business. He dug out his whites again in his 40's to help out different teams where he always enjoyed the camaraderie with everyone giving their all but making sure it was a fun day of sport for all.
After his second retirement he still enjoyed watching cricket at the club and seeing friends young and old.

Michael's funeral is on Wednesday 2nd October at 11.30 at our Lady & St John's in Heswall with refreshments afterwards at the club.
