The Neston Club Fitness Section
We run a whole host of fitness activities at the club including Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training and Boot Camps.
All our classes are taught by qualified and experienced instructors, where the small class size means they can help you when you ask or need it plus you are able take part at your own pace.
From January 6th, 2025, in the Studio, we are offering a brand-new fitness daytime & evening timetable which includes Body Conditioning Fitness, Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga.
