The Neston Club Fitness Section

We run a whole host of fitness activities at the club including Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training and Boot Camps.

We are launching the fitness timetable in January 2024 to help people with their post-Christmas get fit plans/New Year resolutions.

However, from week commencing 20th Nov, to test out the new fitness pavilion and booking processes, we are going to run several taster sessions of each class at the same time/day of the week they are due to run in the New Year.

Booking onto these sessions will be vital as numbers will be limited. Details will be coming out shortly on these classes and how to book. If you have any questions in the meantime, please get in touch.


Members will be able to book these classes through their smart club account.
